Separate contractual terms may apply if you engage Colebridge to provide paid services.

By using the website, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Colebridge

Content provided through Colebridge’s website, Insights, diagnostics, calculators and other tools is provided for general business information and educational purposes.

It does not constitute:

  • accounting advice;

You should obtain appropriate professional advice where necessary before making decisions that require it.

3. Diagnostics

Colebridge diagnostics are intended to help identify patterns that may deserve further investigation.

Results depend on the information you provide and are not a comprehensive audit of your business.

A Diagnostic result does not establish that:

  • a particular problem definitely exists;
  • a stated cause has been proven;
  • a specific financial loss has occurred;
  • a recommended intervention will work; or
  • Colebridge can guarantee a particular outcome.

The purpose is to help you identify useful questions and areas for investigation.

4. Calculators

Calculator outputs are estimates based on the inputs and assumptions provided.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, they should not be treated as audited financial calculations or guaranteed savings.

In particular:

Staff-time cost may represent paid capacity consumed rather than cash that can actually be removed from expenditure.

Potential revenue or commercial opportunity is not guaranteed revenue.

Cash delayed is not necessarily money permanently lost.

Scenario estimates are illustrations rather than forecasts or guarantees.

You are responsible for determining whether assumptions used in a calculation reasonably reflect your business.

5. No guarantee of business outcomes

Businesses are affected by many factors outside Colebridge’s control.

Nothing on this website guarantees:

  • increased revenue;
  • reduced costs;
  • increased profit;
  • additional capacity;
  • successful technology implementation;
  • improved cash flow;
  • automation savings; or
  • any other particular commercial result.

6. Your responsibilities

When using the website, you agree not to:

  • use it unlawfully;
  • interfere with its operation or security;
  • attempt unauthorised access to systems or information;

Colebridge does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

10. Website availability

We aim to keep the website and tools available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may change, suspend or withdraw features where reasonably necessary.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Subject to that, Colebridge is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website content, diagnostic results or calculator estimates where those materials have not formed part of a separately contracted professional engagement.

If you enter into a paid engagement with Colebridge, liability relating to that engagement will be governed by the applicable engagement agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The version published on the website at the time of use will apply to that use.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that applicable law gives you in your jurisdiction.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
